Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "you") and CARDAMKO LLC FZ ("Cardamko", "we", "us", "our"), a free-zone limited liability company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They govern your access to and use of the website cardamko.com (the "Site"), our mobile and web applications, our Partner API, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or completing a purchase on the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

The Services are operated by:

Cardamko is an authorised reseller of digital gift cards and prepaid codes issued by third-party brands (including, but not limited to, 8Bit Kingdom, Apple, PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Netflix, and Spotify). We are not the issuer of these gift cards and are not affiliated with the brands except as an authorised distributor.

Upon successful payment, the redemption code is delivered to you electronically via email and made available in your customer account. All goods sold on Cardamko are digital and intangible. No physical product is shipped.

We also operate a B2B "Partner API" enabling approved business partners to embed Cardamko's catalogue and order flow into their own platforms under separate written terms (see Section 14).

To use the Services you must (a) be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction; (b) provide accurate, current, and complete information; and (c) not be barred from receiving the Services under UAE law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction.

The Services are available to residents of the United Arab Emirates and, subject to regional product restrictions, to international users. Certain gift card products are region-locked — it is your sole responsibility to confirm that a card can be redeemed in your country and on the intended account region before purchase.

You may purchase as a guest or register a Cardamko account. Where you create an account, you agree to keep your credentials confidential and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, show signs of fraud, chargeback abuse, or money-laundering, or that are used in breach of UAE law.

All prices are displayed on the Site in the currency you select. Regardless of the displayed currency, the final charge is processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) through our payment processor, Network International (N-Genius). Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or cross-border fees over which we have no control.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, subject to availability. By submitting a payment, you warrant that you are the lawful holder of the payment instrument and that sufficient funds are available.

Prices are inclusive of any applicable UAE Value-Added Tax (VAT) where chargeable. Tax invoices are available on request to billing@cardamko.com.

An order is formed when (i) you complete checkout, (ii) payment is authorised by N-Genius, and (iii) we issue an order confirmation by email. Cardamko reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock outages, or sanctions screening failures.

Digital delivery is typically completed within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. New accounts or large orders may be held for manual review for up to 24 hours. The redemption code is delivered to the email address provided at checkout and remains accessible from your account.

You are responsible for entering a valid email address and for keeping that mailbox secure. Cardamko is not liable for codes delivered to an incorrect email address supplied by the Customer, or for codes intercepted as a result of compromised Customer email accounts.

Because gift card codes are digital goods that are consumed immediately upon delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the code has been delivered, revealed, or redeemed. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you waive any statutory cooling-off period to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds or replacements will be issued in the following limited circumstances:

• The delivered code is invalid, already redeemed, or otherwise non-functional at the time of delivery and the brand confirms the defect;
• You were charged but no code was delivered within 24 hours and our investigation confirms the order did not complete;
• The transaction is later identified as duplicate or fraudulent and you are the legitimate cardholder.

Refund claims must be raised within 14 days of the order date by emailing support@cardamko.com with the order reference and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; processing times beyond our control are the responsibility of the card issuer.

All content on the Site — including the "Cardamko" name, logo, design, copy, software, and Partner API documentation — is the property of CARDAMKO LLC FZ or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual-property laws.

All third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site (including 8Bit Kingdom, Apple, PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Netflix, Spotify and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products we resell. No endorsement or affiliation is implied beyond an authorised reseller relationship.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• commit fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other unlawful act under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering;
• purchase gift cards with stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments;
• resell codes obtained from Cardamko outside the permitted region or in breach of the issuer's terms;
• circumvent regional restrictions, pricing controls, or volume limits;
• upload viruses, attempt to compromise the Site or Partner API, or carry out denial-of-service activity;
• impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, or scrape Site content without authorisation;
• use the Services in any manner contrary to public morals or order in the UAE.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cardamko disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Cardamko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is strictly limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including network failures, third-party issuer outages, payment-processor downtime, governmental action, or acts of God.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("UAE PDPL"). We act as the data controller for personal data collected through the Services.

We collect only the data necessary to deliver and protect your orders — including email address, billing details, IP address, device metadata, and transaction history — and we share it with our payment processor (Network International) and our gift-card issuers strictly to fulfil your purchase, comply with anti-fraud obligations, and meet regulatory requirements.

You have the right to access, correct, restrict, port, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Submit requests to privacy@cardamko.com.

Cardamko maintains a risk-based AML / CFT compliance programme aligned with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 and the regulations of the UAE Central Bank applicable to prepaid digital instruments. We screen transactions against international sanctions lists (including UN, OFAC, EU, and UAE local lists), monitor for suspicious patterns, and may request customer due-diligence information for higher-value or higher-risk orders.

We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any transaction, and to report suspicious activity to the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit ("FIU") and other competent authorities without prior notice to the Customer where required by law.

The Cardamko Partner API is offered to approved business partners under a separate written Partner Agreement. By integrating the API you additionally agree that:

• API credentials are confidential, non-transferable, and must be rotated immediately if compromised;
• You will respect documented rate limits, redirect URLs, and webhook security requirements;
• You are solely responsible for the legality of the embedded checkout experience in your jurisdiction, including consumer-disclosure and tax obligations;
• End customers of your platform remain customers of Cardamko for the purpose of code delivery, refund eligibility, and AML screening;
• We may suspend API access immediately for breach of these Terms, the Partner Agreement, or applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, subject to Section 16 below.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by writing to legal@cardamko.com with a clear description of the claim and the remedy sought. Cardamko will acknowledge such notice within 7 business days and aim to respond substantively within 30 days.

If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days of the initial notice, either party may refer the matter to the competent Dubai courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a competent court at any time.

Cardamko may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, business practice, or product features. The current version is always published at cardamko.com/terms with the "Last updated" date below. Material changes will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Services after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
