Delivery Policy

Every product sold by CARDAMKO LLC FZ is a digital gift card or prepaid redemption code. We do not ship any physical goods. The moment your payment is confirmed by our processor (Network International), your code is generated and sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Delivery is typically completed within 30 seconds of successful payment. In rare cases — for new customers, high-value orders, or transactions flagged for manual fraud review — delivery may be held for up to 24 hours while we complete verification.

Your code is delivered to the email address entered at checkout, and is also available from your Cardamko account if you registered one. If you purchased through a partner platform (Partner API), the code is returned to that platform along with an email copy.

Please follow these steps in order:

1. Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders.
2. Confirm that the email entered at checkout was correct (use Track Order with your order reference).
3. Wait up to 24 hours in case the order is under fraud review.
4. Contact us at support@cardamko.com with your order reference and we will respond within one business day.
