Refund Policy
Digital goods are non-refundable once the code is delivered — with clear exceptions for wrong or defective codes.
General rule: digital sales are final
Because gift card codes are digital goods consumed immediately upon delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the code has been delivered, revealed, or redeemed. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and waive any cooling-off period to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
When a refund or replacement IS available
- The delivered code is invalid, already redeemed, or non-functional at the time of delivery, and the issuing brand confirms the defect.
- You were charged but no code was delivered within 24 hours and our investigation confirms the order did not complete.
- The transaction is later identified as a duplicate charge for the same order.
- The transaction is confirmed fraudulent and you are the legitimate cardholder.

How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time the funds take to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer and is outside our control. Refund amounts are returned in AED through Network International; currency reconversion to your card's billing currency is applied by your bank.
How to request a refund
Email support@cardamko.com within 14 days of the order date with:
- Your order reference (from the confirmation email).
- The email address used at checkout.
- A clear description of the issue and any screenshots from the issuing brand.
We will acknowledge your request within one business day and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.
